Zoom America Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our platforms (Zoom America, Joelinks, US School Search - collectively "Services") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update the Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it to keep it current.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the community.

3. Community Guidelines

To keep our platforms safe and welcoming you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise harmful.
• Share personal data of others without consent or impersonate another individual or organization.
• Distribute spam, scams, or promotional content unrelated to community engagement, job searching, or school research.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our Services.
• Use our Services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content or restrict participation if we believe a user has violated these guidelines.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content you grant Zoom America a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
• We may remove or refuse to distribute any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

5. Paid Services and Promotions

• Certain features, such as business promotions or advertising placements, may require payment.
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.
• We may change pricing or discontinue paid offerings with notice to affected customers.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may link to third-party websites or allow integrations (for example Facebook Login or Google Login). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoom America and our officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. We will provide notice of material changes through our Services or by email. If you continue to use our Services after the changes take effect you agree to the revised Terms.
